First, why should the government pay for public education? At least those who are getting Social Security actually did work. You look old enough to remember the prior president. If we privatized Social Security and the economy tanked as it did, we would have more seniors in the food bank lines than we already have. Scammers who do instant trades on the stock exchange are just gamblers and do not contribute anything to society. Yet the number and volume of trades they do can control entire markets.
