Here are some options:

1. Follow a bunch of people & they're prone to follow you back.
2. With your present followers, try doing "share for share", which is where they share you & you do the same.
3. With your pictures, add a lot of popular hashtags including #iphonesia #instagram
4. Share yourself on your social networking sites.
5. Try not to upload too many pictures, it makes your uploads not that special since you're always adding pictures. Add nice effects with cool features.
6. You can always buy followers.
