I have the SAME PROBLEM. I let my little brother use my phone under his Instagram and i don't what he did but after googling my problem I found that if Instagram disables an account it disables any device that accessed the account. So it's nothing we can do accept jailbreak our phone and install a UDID FAKER app. to make it seem as if we're on a different device Sad( They don't reply to emails either
