When your sober, try flirting with her in a more kind of &#x27;serious&#x27; way if that makes any sense so she gets that your not just joking around and see what kind of response you get! If she shows an interest then just ask her out... If your still unsure you could plan to do something with a group of friends but spend most if your time with her and make sure your the one to ask her to come so she knows that your the one who wants her there!
