I want to stop facebook post and comments from appearing in my e-mail. How do I do that?

Step 1 : First, Login to Facebook.
Step 2 : Goto this URL - https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=notifications
Step 3 : Then you will see Email Settings and then "edit" this setting to "Only notifications about your account, security and privacy".

That's all about it.
