Sounds like one of thise guys that like ti mess with peoples heads after they break up... Doesnt want to get back together but doesnt want you to move on and when he sees that u are tries to pull u back in even though he really doesnt want to be with u. Move on he sounds like a jerk. I would stop trying to be friends, dont pay attention to him.
