He blocked me on Facebook for a reason that's private?

Can someone please tell me why my friend blocked me I known him for 3 years and then on Facebook he put his status in a relationship and then a lot of girls were bugging him about it that liked him and he didn't know those girls so he blocked them then I message him and said you used me for your entertainment and then he replied I didn't and blocked me the next day I asked my friend to message him and he told me that he blocked the girls and he said to my friend that you don't need to know if I'm in a relationship or not and then I told my friend to ask him does he hate me and he said no and said it is private that I blocked her and the other girls he blocked because he said they we're annoying and idk what he is doing and i don't know why he blocked me tho he just said that's private .... Somebody help me why he is doing this?
