Aww darling. Nothing to be worried about seriously !!. Nothing at all.. think of it this way. You have her.. she has you. What is the jealousy capable of other than winding people up to the point of breaking point. Nothing?. Jealousy is natural when a guy loves a girl. He may get a little jealous or insecure when he believes she can do better or believes shes too good looking. You are not alone. Get this my partner gets jealous sometimes and he is a police constable !!. Yes police constable- he isnt bad and doesnt react badly but he will tell me when he feels something isnt quite right or feels left out !!. Thing i say ro him is- because to be honest he gets on my nerves a few times JUST because it does sometimes like he is trying to accuse me of something. What i say to him is !! What good are you doing but making yourself feel worse. Your jealousy and protectiveness is initally trying to prevent me going BUT in theory you are only splitting us apart. Someone gets jealous and wrongly accuses and its not trye its not going to be forgotten is it. What you need to do is trust your GF because as long as you are good to her and dont stress her out over minor things then she wont even dream about going elsewhere. But if you are jealous and keep bringing things up her natural reaction will be to push you away which then might make you think shes doing something and then annoy her again and it might go on for weeks or even years but she will eventually think ok enough is enough. And it will come across as obsessive behaviour which isnt good.
Take control- youve done well to admitt it. When ever you feel a little jealous dont act bothered. Think Its a joke and if it does get too intense then say " look i do get jealousy issues. I am being honest and i know you joke but please dont rub my face in it because it makes me not know where i stand".. you was open and honest you didnt denie or accuse and things will get better for you !!
