Get an agent, get a copy of the Stage from a Newsagent's agents advertise in there as do casting directors looking for actors (not called actresses anymore). You'll need to have your parents behind you as one of them has to be there all the time that you're working until you are 16. You should also be a member of a theatre group and be appearing in all school plays, you also need a facebook page and a "show reel" showcasing your acting achievements and talents. Remember that acting is a massively overcrowded profession, you may never get any work at all. Ideally you should be attending a stage school as they will get you auditions and work.
