Locked out of my yahoo email?
A few months ago, yahoo locked me out of my email ((this is an alternate email)) bcuz i sent too many emails and they thought I was a spammer of sorts.
I have extremely important emails on there, yet I do not know the answers to my security questions. I only know my password.
I contacted yahoo to talk about it, and they told me that I needed to answer my security questions. I had purposely written down that I DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWERS but they kept telling me to answer them.
I don't know what to do to get back into my email, help?
