Honestly, I don't like Justin Bieber. But instead of being an immature little troll like a lot of people, I'm not going to comment saying "Justin Beeb sucks omg" because it's overdone, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Even if you write something amazing that would get his attention, you need to take into consideration that A LOT of people write him daily. So there is no for sure way to know if he even sees what you say. I wouldn't do anything along the lines of "I'm your biggest fan" OR "I love you so much" because those are most likely overdone, and nothing unique. Maybe you could make him a video on youtube, asking him to add you to twitter and tweet him two or three times I day with the link to the video. If you can sing, than maybe you can sing part of one of his songs in it. I don't know much about Justin Bieber so I couldn't tell you much about what he likes, or what would get his attention, so just try to be creative. If you think of something you think a lot of people have done.... don't do it. And don't post your number to him, haha. Some other poor fan learned there lesson there.
