theres no need to write him.....trust me i had spammed him alot!...but anyway when justin is online unfollow him and follow him back he usually folllows recent followers....trust me it worked for my friend....i want to do it but i cant because twitter has blocked me from following people or unfollowing people :/ but yeah try that
