My Facebook account is continuously posting sexual videos on my friends wall.?

NO your are not hacked and you dont need to change your password . It's all because of some viruses in facebook. Some pages and games are putting these viruses there . You can't do much to stop them but an advice from me , try not to LİKE pages you are not sure about theır safety and reduce playing games in facebook , they are full of viruses . Once you like a page or a game or whatever you let them sharing what they want through your facebook account .
