Makeup for dark blue eyes, pale skin and dark brown hair?

I would sit here and explain how to do it, but its such a long process explaining make up so i found a few photos and videos for you to have a look at to see what would make them pop.

These videos all have golds and light browns in them. I find that smokey eyes always make dark haired girls look stunning and their eyes really stand out because of it. I would recommend doing a smokey eye! If none of these designed for blue eyes look good, try this... (which is my opinion of what would look good)

This smokey eye, the girl who does the tutorial has similar eyes to what you described so maybe try this one
