I don't know what state you live in but New York, Chicago and California are big advertising meccas. That is not to say you can't get a job in other states. Today, people use video as a means of expressing them self for a unique resume. If you have that gift of gab and an image presentation that is a knock out, it's another way to get noticed. I am speaking to you as the 1st Women Art Director hired in a Madison Avenue agency in NYC way back in the 70s. Things have changed but talent still wins out. If you need to relocate and wish to learn about marketing and PR for a non-profit and want to be in close proximity to NYC for interviews connect with Woodstock Museum. They have an internship for this summer. See "ABOUT US" on their website. It might help get you a position in NYC or elsewhere.
