Social media sites like instagram are really fun because of the fact that it makes you feel closer to people and always up to date on what everyone is doing. If you want to stop yourself from constantly going on instagram, you can get your friends or boyfriend to help! Whenever you hangout with your boyfriend, ask him to keep your phone in his pocket during the duration of the time you guys are hanging out . Then just keep yourself busy and do something fun with him and your phone will soon be easily forgotten . Ask your friends to keep your phone with them too whenever you hangout with them . And while your at home, maybe put your phone in a drawer and keep yourself busy maybe with homework, chores, catching up on your fave show or etc. And lastly, don't let other peoples opinions run your life! Make yourself feel beautiful, don't let other people impact your self worth. (: If other people criticise you, its because they are insecure themselves. (: hope this helped !
