My opinion: Any guy who says he's "confused" about whether he's gay either IS gay or is "bi, but likes guys more than girls."

Have fun with that.

Oh, and any guy who's telling you both "I kissed a boy" and "I'm sorta-seeing my cousin" is JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU. If he were into you, he wouldn't tell you any of that.
