It's your call, but if you want my advise...
Out of those four email services you mentioned, Hotmail is the most trustworthy. Yahoo and AOL are flooded with spam and hacking. I had to delete my accounts because my contacts have been receiving spam messages from me. I now only use Yahoo for Answers, and only use AOL for Moviefone. Gmail will be shooting their new privacy policy. That will display users' names in Google advertisements. Hotmail, I would say is safest. That, or Zoho. Gmail is my primary email address, but I might switch to either Zoho or Skydrive (Hotmail). Google surely has the best products, but I do not like where they're going about tracking people and invading privacy. So is it worth switching to Google? I will say not.
