At his Drs appointments ask them if they know any any support groups that you can attend either in person or online. Look on Facebook to see if there any groups that you can join. I belong to an aspergers group and a mom of multiple multiples group and they are both so helpful for when I need to ask questions, vent, anything. Having a nurse come in even for an hour daily will help a lot too.
