It's to easy to stop email notification from face book .
just got o this page https://www.facebook.com/help/notifications
then go to (How do I change my notifications settings?)this will provide you brief explanation to stop email notification from face book

I hope that this information will helps you to stop unwanted email verification from FACE BOOK
