You Can See Mutual Friends There are No Setting to Block Mutual Friends People Can Hide Friends List But Mutual Friends no Matter What Can Never Be Hidden If you Dont See Any Mutual Friends on That Persons Profile That Means you Dont Have Any With Them

Keep in Mind Mutual Friends Are the Same Friends That you Have With Someone
