No, it's not correct.

In fact, it's difficult to understand. You've got missing subjects, verbs that don't match up with subjects, and a lot more.

There's no word "stucked." Besides, what's it mean that your computer got "stuck"? And I could go on.

A quick rewrite would be:

Sorry. My computer got stuck which led to your being blocked.
--or--
I'm sorry. My computer became stuck and blocked you.
