why cant I contact yahoo to report a problem instead of being sent in loops trying to find the answer?

The tips in the article above were most helpful. I installed the latest versions of Java and Adobe Flash Player and installed the latest version of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari for Windows to see which on works best on my laptop. It runs almost as fast as Yahoo Classic and I've had no issues yet. The wonderful thing about Spam is that it changes all the time in order to get around the spam filters put in place to stop it. You must continue to mark each spam as spam so your spam filter will improve over time. You can do this by right-clicking on the spam email and then left-clicking on the option "This is Spam".
