How would a libel Class action Suit affect the Defendant?
This guy posted a picture of my genital area not including my face on facebook but he clearly put my name under the caption... He also said that I sent it to another party in which I never did and the other Party has messaged me saying that I never seen or received any nude pictures of you. I showed all this to the Police and the Issued a Class E Felony warrant for his arrest today!!! I'm not finished with this.... I want to file a Libel Class action Suit against the Guy... I just wanted to know what are all the possible outcomes of this if I have hard evidence and a witness that seen and sent me screen shots from his page????
