She wasn't being rude. Not responding to your messages immediately isn't rude. Calling her on it by sending yet another message about it is rude. Claiming that she didn't appreciate your kindness because she didn't respond the way you wanted to her to was also rude. Calling her arrogant because she was choosing to speak to her family rather than you, is rude. If you'd treated me like that, it's likely that I would have deleted you off of my friends list too.
