The option is on privacy settings - Search
http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/privacy/?view=search

Uncheck the box for "Create a public search listing for me and submit it for search engine indexing (see preview)".

Then in Google, you may need to use the request removal tool.

Needs a Google account set up.
