What should I do about my racist friend?

I have someone who is a "friend" of mine and let me tell you, this girl is PROUD to be white. In the 4 years that I've known her, I always knew she was slightly racist, but it's getting more and more worse and it's really starting to bug me. I first noticed it when she made an instagram, and practically every picture she posted had the hashtag #imwhite even if it was just a picture of ice cream or something. Then she started talking about how she is white more and more. If you ask her a question like "Can you dance?" she would reply "no, i'm white." It's really annoying, I just want to look at her and be like ANNNDDD? or SOOOOO?. I could deal with that though even though it's aggravating, but then she started saying EXTREMELY racist things about African Americans. I would type them here, but i'm sure if an African American is reading this, s/he would be really offended. I'm leaving for the whole summer this week so I want to have a last get together with all my friends so we went out last night and she kept talking about how she is white and saying racist things ALL NIGHT and as someone who is not fully white, I felt uncomfortable. I'm all for representing your ethnicity like "I'm proud to be Irish" or "I'm proud to be German" and such, but she never says anything like that. It's always just "I'm white" which to me, means that she's just happy to be a part of the caucasian race and that's really pathetic. I am NOT racist, I am completely against racism and at this point I want to strangle her. I never said anything before because it wasn't that bad and I would just feel annoyed and ignore her, but now she is getting on my last nerve. However, my friends and I planned a big summer trip this Aug. and it's all paid for and i'm excited to go, but she is one of the friends going. I feel like if I say something it's going to end up in a huge fight and I probably will not be able to go on the trip (because I know she still will) but I hate racists and I want to tell her to stop. I reached out to my boyfriend and he said to just ignore it because one day she's going to get her a** beat and put in her place. At the same time, I don't want to hear this BS anymore and i'm sick of it. What should I do?
