Okay, this is pathetic.

These networks aren't for stupid little popularity contests. If you're that desperate for scads of followers, which BTW nobody cares how many you get, you could always use those spammer sites that promise you tons and tons of subscribers and followers so you get a big honking list to clutter up your profile, but guess what? Those followers would all be spambots, which anybody just looking to be the most popular kid on the block pretty much deserves anyway. Get a life.
