How to stop my boyfriend's ex from harassing me?

My boyfriend's ex girlfriend keeps harassing me. She keeps messaging me in my email, facebook, and phone. I've tried to block her on all accounts,but she finds a way around that. It's like her mission to get me to not be with my boyfriend by trying to send me messages that he wants to be with her still, not me. That he sent her Christmas gifts over Christmas, not me. Trying to get me to break up with him.
He is defending me, but this is getting ridiculous. I have not responded to anything she has said to me. However, my silence is not enough. He has tried to get her to stop. Should I say something to her? I don't want him mad at me if I say something to her or look like I am being drama if I say something to her for her to stop.
Suggestions?
I have forwarded the messages to my boyfriend. He has tried to tell her to stop and leave me alone. He has warned her that he will report a harassment case to law enforcement if she keeps up with it. But he does keep talking to her on the side trying to be friends. Which I think is part of the problem.
