-post quality content (don't steal other people's tweets and be original)
-interact with other twitter users (favorite/retweet them and talk to them as well)
-follow people and ask for follow backs
-rt "free follow" accounts (search up "rt for a free follow" on twitter and rt the links Smile)
-have a good bio, header, username, bg, etc
