on Instagram Go to Edit Profile than Go to Manage Applications Find Facebook Than Click on End Access Or Something Like That If its Not Under There than Try Going Onto Facebook.com Than Look For your App List Find Instagram On it Than Click Remove or it may Say Uninstall Than Instagram Should Be Off your Facebook
