I don't think taking twice the Raspberry Ketone dose interfered with your menses so much as the shock of caloric restriction if you are dieting too hard.
As a survival mechanism against periods of starvation -- which happens frequently throughout the history of the human race -- females of reproductive age stop menstruating, an acknowledgment of that fact that undernourished women cannot survive and carry a pregnancy at the same time. The body is saying: I am starving...so no babies right now. Female athletes hard in training also stop menstruating for the same reason. See those women running the 800 meters in the Olympics? Not a period among the whole bunch for 3+ months, count on it. Anyway, if you ease up on the caloric restriction and eat a little more --slow and steady wins the race-- I am sure your menses will return, and on schedule. You may keep taking the Raspberry Ketones if you feel they help you -- probably stick w/ the recommended dose Source: I am a pharmacist Ads |
