Start by being awesome...be personable and funny while also making sure everyone is taking care of in a timely manner. If you have a social media page (facebook), start posting when you're working, encouraging people to come out and any speicals going on that night. Make it sound like it's going to be the best time ever...tag the place your going to be and make the post public. When you go out on your own time to bars/clubs, continue being personable and when you meet new people tell them where you work and it'd be great to see them there.
