Why do college graduates in America feel like they are entitled to so much?

College graduates in America are the way they are because unless you the paper saying that you have a degree you can't get a job above minimum wage. A lot of graduates simply want to work. Not be head of the company. Going in early or staying late really does not have a lot of weight in how far you advance in your career. Quality of the job you do is what is important. Not how many hours you spend doing it. The attitude about work is not limited to college graduates and most are very dedicated to their jobs.
