Well relationships require a lot of trust so if you did want to take things further then you'd need to ensure that you do trust her. Whether you did kiss her out of pity is not a problem if you do find yourself attracted to her emotionally (and physically?). If you are worried about her cheating on you then that really isn't a good base for a relationship. As for her being Bi, then yes she may find more people attractive as she is both attracted to males and females but she is just as likely to cheat on you as a gay person is. In saying that, I don't mean that she is likely to cheat on you because not many people cheat these days (at least in the relationships I have come across). I think you should think long and hard about whether you can trust her and if not, then a relationship will be hard to attain. Good Luck
