have them do a more thorough exam, they may be able to find that it is your kidneys or liver or something, regaurdless of what it is, they should be able to find out if you find the right people to ask... if nothing else call the ambulance and go to the hospital... Once they know, whether it is your heart, kidneys, liver, cancer, a disease..... most things can be fixed, and if the alternative is a horrible suffering for the rest of your life... isn't it worth the money? They may be able to get you healthy again, just do not give up... in the mean time ask for painkillers to help slow the suffering, and please do not take your own life...
