I'm being bullied at school and home?

I'm very short for a girl who is going to be a freshman next year and ever since before school I have been bullied because my height. Not to mention I have frizzy curly cue hair that I'm also bullied for to. Then I get home and I'm hit and pushed around by older brother and I cant do anything cause if I complain I'm called a tattletale and if I defend myself I either get in troible of get hurt by him then get on trouble for rough housing and my parents never let me share my side of the story. I'm also being cyber bullied by this guy on instagram called @antionedfamily because they posted a rude post and I informed that was rude so they said shut up little girl haha u go to middle schoolgo drink a juoce box or sonthing and I'm all ready crying and that doesn't help me plz help I'm crying right now.
