What happened to the Boston bomber?

Of course there was a Boston bomber. I remember it.My link gives the story of his capture and arrest. I dont understand why so many Americans believe in conspiracy theories,almost at the drop a hat ? There are stacks of them from the Moon landing to Sandy Hook. Perhaps America does not exist,just a hoax ?
As to the suspected youth bomber he is in jail waiting trial.

Would you know I dont know of one single conspiracy theory on anything in the UK??
