I'll try and answer the questions in the order that you have asked them.
First of all there is no saving this friendship. In my opinion it seems like the two of you just cause each other stress ans that's not healthy. You should remain calm when you guys talk and put all the things she said behind you. Be brave and mature about the situation and understand that in life for true happiness to be obtained sacrifices will have to be made.
