Is there anyway to remove my facebook page account from my twitter (that I can no longer access)? HELP.?

There are two ways to do this:

1. The first way is by telling Facebook to block or no longer use the Twitter application by removing it from your Facebook applications:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

2. The second way is to remove the Facebook application from Twitters list also:
https://twitter.com/settings/applications
