How do i retrieve password when have no access to alternative email address / phone no. option.?
Have forgotten my password, alternative email address no longer active.When I use password helper there is no option to send link by text to my phone.

I can only access my account through Facebook - but i can't make any changes to my account without being asked to sign in.
