A cheater is a cheater is a cheater. He cheated on you, and now he's cheating on his current girlfriend. (how do you know for sure sex wasn't part of his cheating?) If you get back together NOTHING will change. Why would you want to go back to that? Clearly he is not giving his full attention to any one, so politely end it with him, and find a guy that will honor and respect his relationship with you. Don't you deserve that?
