When will facebook go public?
Ive read many articles on this and I am getting everyone saying the stock symbol will be FB or $FB, and that the date that Facebook is going to be publicly trading on the stock market is September of 2012, tomorrow (February 1, 2012), and in the 2nd quarter of 2012. Can someone please provide clarity as to when Facebook will be going public in the stock market?

Also, please include how you know this (so I can know the validity of your answer). Thank you for your help!
