Can't Login to my Yahoo mail.?

So I moved to New York and when I did so my IP address and services as a whole changed.
When I try to loging to my yahoo, it does a security question pop-up. I don't remember my security question, which is one of the ways to login/recover your account. I have an alternate email on my account but I never confirmed it so I don't think it will work. I have no phone recovery on it either.

So basically there's no way to recover it that I can actually do for myself. Anyone have any sources that I can use (yahoo,google, etc) to recover it? I tried customer support but that didn't work out either.


Please help.
