I don't think avoiding her is the best idea. You need closure, otherwise it'll never end. I think you should start talking to her again, ask her about her love life, whether she's interested or anyone, or even looking for a relationship. If you get the impression she's not interested in any kind of relationship then I'd probably suggest you leave her. She could just be using you. But then again, she might have changed her mind about you, she might be interested in you too! It's always hard to tell.
I do think you need closure though, either way you need to talk to her, and find out what she's after.
