All your concerns regarding your sister are probably well founded, but there isn't much you can do if she doesn't respond. The best you can do is exactly what you have already been doing. Let her know you're there for her. Keep in contact. She may not appreciate your efforts, but if she gets to a point where she needs to turn to someone for help, at least she'll still have a lifeline to you.
