First of all, if you saw an ad on Facebook for it it's almost certainly one of the many scams going around. They pretend to be connected to Disney, but what they actually do is keep promising you something at the next stage, after you've given them more money. No job ever actually materializes.

Ask this in the Performing Arts section. There are people there who have been scammed by these outfits before.
