P.T. Barnum was supposed to have said, "There's a sucker born every day.". I don't know if he said it for sure but the comment is correct. I think you've been suckered. Disney wouldn't call you if you didn't respond to their email. They would have contacted you in plenty of time to make plans. And primarily, Disney wouldn't communicate with you via email.
