By what mechanism are USA stocks doing so well?
Everyone is out of work back in the USA. That is one reason I immigrated from the USA.

I have money invested in USA stocks. Back in the late 90's I was doing very well, then right after 9-11 I lost over half my money because I trusted Merrill Lynch who set me up with Janus. "Ker Flush!"

Recently I made $26,071.92 since Jan 1, 2013 on a relatively small investment. How long can I expect this to keep going? It will be difficult for me to move that money out of the USA without being taxed heavily, so it has to stay there.
