How can you change the profile picture of a Facebook religion?

I've seen religion pages on Facebook and I know that you can't create a religion page yourself but I've seen religion pages with info and different profile pictures, so how do people do just that, add info and change profile pictures, because I've seen and heard it's not possible
@Bill: I'm not stupid, okay? Facebook doesn't allow you to make a page with the category "Religion". You can make a religion page by doing it on your profile the way the other guy said but you're not owner of it.
